Estonian legislation on state aid

• Competition Act

Pursuant to § 30 (3) of the Competition Act, the provisions of the state aid chapter of the Competition Act do not apply for (except for the provisions of § 49² which concerns the register of state aid and de minimis aid):

• aid granted to the transport sector;
• aid linked to the production, processing, or marketing of agricultural products or to forestry, the granting of which is governed by the Rural Development and Agricultural Market Regulation Act, or the European Union Common Agricultural Policy Implementation Act;
• aid linked to the production, processing or marketing of fishery products, the granting of which is regulated by the Fisheries Market Organisation Act.
